The Filtrite PZ303 4.5 Star Energy Efficient Pool Pump is an Australian-made Multi-peed pump designed to reduce power consumption and to help save money on your power bills.

With 3-Speed settings this efficient pump can be easily set at low speed, medium speed or high speed with the press of a button, to enable low flow rates for energy savings, as well as higher speeds for running ancillary equipment such as pool cleaners.

Increasing or decreasing the speed of a pump simply changes the flow rate, however the actual energy used varies dramatically. When you halve the speed of a pump, the flow rate will also halve, but the energy consumed actually drop by more than 80%. Compared to conventional single-speed pumps, the PZ303 can save between $600 and $1,200 every year in operating costs.

When installed and plumbed correctly, this multi-speed pump will significantly reduce operating costs, lower noise levels and reduce greenhouse emissions.
