Do I have to return my order to the original purchase store for a refund?

You can return any item to any Clark Rubber store for a refund or exchange. If products purchased online are returned to a store, refunds will be processed via the online store and funds will take up to 5 business days to be returned to the original method of payment. Please note, we will not refund the delivery portion of the sale for change of mind returns. If the product is faulty*, we can exchange the product in store.
